Monthly Subscription Terms

  • All monthly subscriptions require a minimum three-month commitment.
  • A maximum of four unused hours may roll over into the immediately following billing cycle.
  • Rolled-over hours may only be carried forward one time and will expire if they are not used during the immediately following billing cycle.
  • Any unused hours exceeding the four-hour rollover limit will expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle.
  • Work performed beyond the monthly retained hours will be billed at $90 per hour.
  • Retained and rolled-over hours have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not eligible for refunds.
