About Us
VirtuLegal Solutions specializes exclusively in family law discovery. We were built for firms that need discovery handled completely, accurately, and without constant oversight.
With over a decade of family law experience, our team manages discovery through senior-level execution and systemized processes designed to produce complete, defensible results. Discovery fails when it lacks structure and experience and we’ve built our model specifically to prevent that.
What sets us apart is ownership. We take discovery off your firm’s plate, handling intake, drafting, document production, and follow-up through flat-rate packages with clear scope and predictable pricing. Attorneys receive organized, review-ready work without managing clients, chasing documents, or revisiting incomplete productions.
Meet The Team
Brandy Barnes
Brandy Barnes is the founder of VirtuLegal Solutions and brings extensive experience across the criminal, civil, and family law systems. She began her legal career in the prosecutor’s office before serving as a courtroom clerk handling criminal, civil, and domestic matters. She later worked as the Judicial Assistant to the Family Magistrate, supporting domestic and juvenile cases and gaining firsthand insight into how discovery is evaluated from the court’s perspective.
Brandy founded VirtuLegal Solutions in 2025 with a mission to provide attorneys with a higher standard of legal support rooted in experience, accountability, and trust. As the firm grew, it became clear that discovery was the primary bottleneck for most family law practices. She responded by building a structured, predictable discovery process designed to remove that burden entirely and allow firms to move cases forward with confidence.
Outside of her work, Brandy is a devoted wife and mother to two young boys. Her commitment to structure, efficiency, and accountability, both professionally and personally, drives the way VirtuLegal Solutions operates today.
